Eyelet Style / Spacing

Double Hem 300
Material edge is folded twice then sewn with eyelets placed at every 300mm interval.

Double Hem 500
Material edge is folded twice then sewn with eyelets placed at every 500mm interval.

Webbing Hem
Material is folded then backed/sewn with webbing along the edge for increased strength.

Rope Loop Eyelet
Eyelet is placed with small loop underneath to allow for rope to pass through. Used to tighten tarp over a surface/container.

Triangle Reinforcing
Material is folded to form a triangular shape and sewn into the hemmed edge to provide increased strength for eyeleted areas.

Webbing Loop Handle
High strength webbing is sewn between the tarpaulin and the triangle reinforcement for ease of installation. Recommended for larger tarpaulins.

Reinforced D-Ring
Webbing and D-Rings sewn into the hem to provide alternative installation options. Popular with campers with annex poles etc.

Bungee Loop & Stud
Usually used on tonneau and ute/truck covers, these clips stretch to fasten onto the accompanying studs.

Stayput Fastener
Used in tandem with eyelets, these fasteners pass through eyelets then lock in place with the metallic swing arm.
Straps, Buckles, Ropes

Cambuckles
Used for various applications, cambuckles are an effective solution to secure loads when used with the correct webbing.

Side Release Buckles
Made for lighter weight applications, side release buckles are usually found on bags, belts, and other lightweight textile products.

Splice Clip Rope
An effective way to create a heavy duty loop in rope, the Splice clip is primarily used for truck and transport tarpaulins.

Hand Spliced Rope
Weaved by hand, spliced rope offers an effective way to create a rope loop on your tarpaulin.

Ratchet Strap
Widely used in the transport industry, these straps are rated for varying weights and loads.

Bungee/Shock Cord
For a simple and quick tension based textile cover, bungee or shock cord perimeters prove quite effective.
Joining Methods

Velcro
With widths ranging from 25mm, 50mm, 100mm and more, velcro is a easy and effective way to create openings and joins.

Zippers
Zipper styles include chunky, spiral and water resistant. With varying styles and sizes a zipper can be a great joining method to any textile product.

Loop & Lace
Simplistic in nature and long lasting, the loop and lace system involves threading loops through eyelets continuously to secure two pieces of material together.
Hem Types

Sailtrack – Keder Edge
Used in tandem with Keder Rail, Kedar edging works best for items that require quick installation and tensioning.

Sailtrack – Rope Edge
With the ability to be used with Keder Rail, C-Channel or simply on it’s on, rope edge sailtrack is a versatile and effective way of installing textile products.

Welded Pocket
Generally created on PVC’s welded pockets are useful for inserting weighted chain to prevent flapping or poles for hanging.

Binding
For a more professional and tidy finish, binding is a must. Sewn over the joins between material, binding provides a visually appealing finish to any product.
Centre Tie Downs

Triangle Shortener
Used primarily on truck and transport tarpaulins, this triangular patch is sewn further in towards the centre of the tarp, with several shorteners placed around the perimeter. They are primarily used as rope tethers when covering smaller loads with a bigger tarp, allowing more versatility in a single tarpaulin.

Webbing Loop
Sewn towards the centre of the tarpaulin, these centre tie downs are usually used for larger tarpaulins that need to be secured from the perimeter and underside. The most popular example of this would be roof tarps in the construction industry.

Webbing D-Ring
For a more heavy duty solution, a stainless steel D-Ring can be sewn or PVC welded into place to provide a solid centre tie down.
Closing Methods

Press Studs
Generally used on bags, packs and document holders, press studs offer a great solution for pockets/items that need to be constantly opened/closed.

Velcro
With widths ranging from 25mm, 50mm, 100mm and more, velcro is a easy and effective way to create openings and joins.

Zippers
Zipper styles include chunky, spiral and water resistant. With varying styles and sizes a zipper can be a great joining method to any textile product.
Roll Up Stowage Methods

Loop & Lace
Simplistic in nature and long lasting, the loop and lace system involves threading loops through eyelets continuously to secure two pieces of material together.

Cambuckle Strap
Used for various applications, Cambuckle straps are an effective solution to secure loads when used with the correct webbing.

Triglide Strap
For webbing that requires size adjustment, a triglide is a perfect solution.

Stayput Strap
Generally used for lighter weight strapping, the Stayput strap is a fast and effective roll up stowage option.
